A Time for Teachers

I am so thrilled this is happening!

Carolyn has long been my teacher, a mentor and a constant inspiration and this retreat has evolved after I joined her supervision programme last year.

We invite you to join us on this exploration and we open up this space for for kundalini yoga teachers to come together, to grow together, to relax together to support each other, to consider our roles in these times and to tune more deeply into the teachings

The retreat will feature group work, relaxation, connection, fermenting ideas, supporting each other and lots of time to relax and unwind.

We will enjoy a yoga programme designed for the days together, powerful breath work and deep meditation.

In the kitchen we are delighted have Melanie Atlinson, chef and nutritionist extraordinaire and also a kundalini yoga teacher, The menu will be organic, locally sourced high vibration plant based food fully designed to nourish and replenish.

The full programme will evolve with your input and once the group is together in the coming months we will offer a space for you to share how we best can serve you, what would make this retreat the most inspiring time for us to be together as aquarian teachers

We will be here in the hills in Ibiza at Xuclar Beach House, practicing out on the gorgeous deck in the forest, looking out to sea and indulged in all the luxury we deserve!
