Join me for 6-nights for the Soul Adventure of a lifetime as we retreat for an extraordinary wilderness experience on safari in one of the world’s most breathtaking conservation areas.

This feels like a dream come true for me — to be able to present a retreat programme that incorporates the usual depth of healing alongside such a once-in-a-lifetime safari experience.

Here, we not only enjoy safari rides out into the wild, but we get to practice on a Yoga deck where Giraffes and Elephants may wander past us, where Impalas graze just beyond the pool and where the natural world is truly our studio.

At our fenced-off lodge, you are immersed in nature in a way that is grounding, humbling and utterly life-affirming.

In the wild, safety isn’t something we construct — it’s something we remember.

It’s the innate intelligence of the body when we exhale into belonging.
It’s the nervous system syncing with the rhythm of the land — calm alertness, not control.

In this retreat, we work with themes of safety and explore what it means to feel safe in the wild…. not because we control it — but because we remember that we are part of it.

Here, safety becomes an inner state of trust — a returning to the natural intelligence of the body, the breath and the Earth herself.

Call of the Wild is your invitation to return — to the heartbeat of the earth, to your truest nature, to the wild beauty that lives within and around you.

There comes a moment when something deep within begins to stir — a primal knowing, an ancient pulse that whispers: come home.
Here, home means safety in its purest form — belonging, connection and the freedom to rest into your own aliveness.

As the sun sets over the bush, the magic deepens — guests return from safari to twinkling lantern light, a crackling campfire and a sky bursting with stars.

Evenings will be spent around the flames, reflecting on the day and soaking up the sheer wonder of being alive in wild nature.

Around the fire, a primal remembering stirs — the ancient safety of community, story and shared silence.

In that glow, the nervous system unwinds, remembering the ease of being safe together under the stars just like our ancestors.

We will have 2 Shamanic Kundalini Yoga classes each day and a workshop and our yoga deck which is slightly elevated and topped with canvas, sits beneath vast African skies and we work with the energy of the earth to feel held by the land.

Through the alchemy of breath, movement and sound, we restore coherence to the nervous system and remember how to feel safe in our own bodies again.
In this space of openness and stillness, your body learns the language of safety — through breath, sound and the gentle rhythm of nature that surrounds you.

At sunset, the deck glows with lantern light and the distant call of hyenas becomes the rhythm guiding your breath.

Transformation happens quietly here — in stillness, sound and presence.
These are the moments that shift something deep inside — where trust is rebuilt and the body remembers peace.
